The Binocular from Barr and Stroud combines a
fully multi coated extra low lens system, large objectives and phase corrected
prisms to create a color faithful high transmission optical path built for
Barr and Stroud binoculars low light performance. This
handheld optic features an immersive apparent viewing angle and has the
ability to focus within ten feet, making the ready for almost any
intermediate to long range glassing task.
In addition to the image quality rendered by their
premium optics, this configuration also has a eye relief and twist up rubber
eye cups with multiple click top positions. A rapid focus wheel allows the
observer to focus from close up to infinity within a single rotation.
Additionally, Barr and Stroud diopter control, located next to the focus
wheel, helps the observer calibrate the oculars for their
eyesight. Complementing high transmission optics and handling
features is a nitrogen filled fog proof housing binoculars are
submersible to five feet (for up to three minutes) and are
